Peyronie’s Disease is a painful condition caused by the formation of fibrotic plaques in the connective tissue of the penis. This fibrotic tissue can cause painful erections, penile curvature, lumps and bumps along the shaft of the penis, loss of length or girth of the penis, and erectile dysfunction.

This disfiguring condition affects between 3-6 percent of all men, and becomes more prevalent as men age.

There are four known causes of Peyronie’s Disease

  1. Low Testosterone
  2. Trauma
  3. Genetics
  4. Side effects of certain medications, vitamins, and supplements
